Good Habits
Contributed by Emma Callin
While we are mostly known for our professional wear, most of what we bring in to the studio is chosen for its versatility and ability to wear in many different situations. Our jackets are no exception - wool, leather, whatever the fabric, they are all made to wear well and anywhere.
Motorcycle-style jackets are a favourite of mine when choosing a jacket (though they actually look very little like the armoured jacket I actually wear on our motorcycle) with their shorter length and fitted tailoring. The Habit Jacket by Nicole Bridger is an unconventional twist on the moto jacket with wool melton tweed and black side-paneling.
Although "motorcycle-style" and "tweed" aren't usually in the same sentence, this combination makes the jacket particularly easy to dress up or down whether zipped up or unzipped to show the black facing on the lapels. To me, this gives the jacket both polish and edginess that works well in the office, on the weekend, or even for a night out.

There are so many ways to wear the Habit Jacket, and it's always a great habit to find new ways to wear beautiful pieces! #30wears
